By nature, Wes Barger is a builder. By education, he's also a mechanical engineer and an attorney, but after a few years of practicing law he realized that his true passion was too strong to ignore. His years spent living and working in Richmond had given him a deep appreciation for the city's architecture, history, and quirks, and he was no longer content to remain behind a desk handling the paperwork that kept the city's real estate moving.  He had grown up building houses, and had just finished restoring a 1920s home for his family in the near West End. So with his technical background and a love of Richmond, particularly old Richmond, under his belt, Wes set out to build a business that would help Richmonders love where they live--just like he does.
